February was a great month here at the shop! We were very busy and had some cool people come through our doors. Thanks to everyone who came in and got tattooed!

Big River Tattoo is in full swing! Our doors are open and we have new artists on board.
We are very proud and excited to welcome Dave Shoemaker to the shop! Dave has been tattooing for over 25 years. While Dave is diverse in style, he brings something very new to the shop: Polynesian tattoos. His Polynesian tribal tattoos are rich and clean as he pays close attention to how the designs contour the body. Dave has said that he wants his tattoos to “be grounded in the past, enabling them to stand up to the test of time”.
He will be here every Friday.

Rich Cahill Studio is officially Big River Tattoo!
We’ve turned the studio into a shop. The walls have been repainted, we’ve got flash framed and hanging on the walls. Art from friends and from around the world have been matted and hung. New lights, new stations, new artists.

London was great! Had fun hanging out and tattooing with my good friends, Guy Sahar and David Kafri.

I went to the London Tattoo convention while I was there.
Got tattooed by Alexandria Wilkey while at Love Hate Social Club London.
Also got tattooed by Emily Johnson at legendary UK shop, Into You Tattoo.
Ended the adventure with The Body Suits Scrolls Exhibition art show at Seven Door Tattoos.
I’m already looking forward to getting back to London again next Spring.

I went to my first Montreux Tattoo Convention this past September. I spent the convention with my good friends Nico and Marnie Cennamo from One Love Tattoo and Water Spirit Tattoo. The convention was great! It was well organized and everyone involved was wonderful. Awesome staff, awesome artists! I had a blast and am looking forward to going again next year!
